At Gangtok Cab Services, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies. Please review the following terms carefully.
If you cancel your booking within the eligible time frame, refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline mentioned below.
Cancellation 72+ hours before travel: Full refund (excluding permit charges).
Cancellation 48–72 hours before travel: 75% refund.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before travel: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before travel: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Government permit fees are non-refundable once processed.
If permit approval is denied by authorities, only applicable charges (excluding processing costs) may be refunded.
Sikkim is a mountainous region where landslides, roadblocks, or extreme weather may occur.
If travel is cancelled due to unavoidable natural conditions, refunds will be processed after deducting operational costs already incurred.
If alternate routes or rescheduling is possible, we will try to accommodate the change without extra charges (subject to availability).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Advance payments made to confirm bookings are refundable as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately during the trip so we can resolve the issue. Refunds for service dissatisfaction are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
